Por eso, me gusta tomar cosas como t\u00e9, agua con lim\u00f3n y agua con electrolitos. Tambi\u00e9n llevo mi botella favorita (Owala) y pongo una alarma cada hora en mi celular. Me ayuda a formar el h\u00e1bito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toma Tu Almuerzo Lejos del Escritorio<\/strong><br>Comer en tu escritorio puede parecer que ahorra tiempo, pero alejarte un poco para almorzar ayuda a despejar la mente. Da una caminata corta, come con compa\u00f1eros de trabajo o si\u00e9ntate en otro lugar. Es una forma sencilla de recargar energ\u00edas y darle un descanso a tu mente. A m\u00ed me gusta comer un poco r\u00e1pido y luego caminar entre 15 y 20 minutos por el campus mientras escucho m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mu\u00e9vete M\u00e1s Durante el D\u00eda<\/strong><br>Moverse m\u00e1s no significa hacer una rutina completa de ejercicio.
